Instead of meeting every week like a typical referral group, Full Circle Collective runs on a rotating 4-week rhythm.
WEEK 1 | MANDATORY
Circle Meeting
Core business meeting with referral exchange, member spotlights, and category introductions.
WEEK 2 | OPTIONAL
Circle Unplugged
Non-business social gathering—no pitching.
WEEK 3 | MANDATORY
Circle Meeting
Same format as Week 1: structured referrals, spotlights, and category connections.
WEEK 4 | OPTIONAL
Circle Sync
Matched 1:1 meetup paired by program admin to build real relationships.
Why It’s Different
